Super 3GER is a food supplement that supplements the diet with three synergistically acting amino acids: L-Arginine, L-Lysine and L-Ornithine.

The combination of these three amino acids and chromium helps to increase muscle mass, naturally increases the synthesis of growth hormone (GH), which improves endurance and strength during intense training.

The complex of three amino acids with chromium in Super 3GER works by first blocking somatostatin, which is an inhibitor of growth hormone, while at the same time enhancing the formation of growth hormone.
