Servette FCCF has secured a major reinforcement with the arrival of Meriame Terchoun. A Swiss international with 46 caps and extensive experience gained both in Switzerland and in France’s top division, the 30-year-old forward joins the Garnets after four seasons with Dijon FCO. Accustomed to competing at the highest level and renowned for her leadership qualities, she will bring valuable experience, high standards, and a winning mentality to an ambitious Servette squad.
Servette FC Chênois Féminin is delighted to announce the signing of Meriame Terchoun. An experienced forward and a well-known figure in Swiss football, the Swiss international arrives in Geneva following a distinguished career at the highest level.
Developed at FC Zurich, where she began her professional career in 2012, she also had a spell at FC Basel before returning to FC Zurich between 2017 and 2022. During her time with the Zurich club, she built an impressive record of achievements and established herself as one of the leading players in Swiss women’s football.
In 2022, she took the next step in her career by joining Dijon FCO in France’s Division 1. Over four seasons in one of Europe’s most competitive leagues, she made 75 appearances and scored 11 goals for the Burgundy club, confirming her ability to perform at the highest level.
Having represented Switzerland at U16, U17, and U19 levels, Meriame Terchoun has gone on to earn 46 senior international caps and score 3 goals for the Swiss national team. This wealth of experience will be a valuable asset to the Servette squad, both on the pitch and in the dressing room.
