Shipping policy

Processing and Shipping Times
Orders are processed and dispatched by courier until 13:00 (Eastern European Time, EET). Orders placed after 13:00 are considered received on the next working day, and delivery times are calculated accordingly.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped. During high-volume periods, processing times may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates and Delivery
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders are shipped with DHL. Delivery times depend on your selected shipping option:

  • Express DHL Delivery: Next-day delivery (orders placed before 13:00 EET)
  • Standard DHL Delivery: 3–4 working days
  • Free DHL Delivery: Available for orders over €200

Customs and Import Taxes
Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to customs duties. For deliveries outside the EU, any import duties or local taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. SUPERSPORT EUROPE has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking details to become active. If you have not received your tracking link after 3 business days, please contact us at info@supersport.ch.

Lost or Damaged Packages
SUPERSPORT EUROPE is not liable for packages lost or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can assist you with a claim to the carrier.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for undeliverable orders due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
