Processing and Shipping Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped. During high-volume periods, processing times may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates and Delivery
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Switzerland: 2–4 business days
• European Union countries: 3–7 business days
• International delivery: 7–14 business days

All orders are shipped with trusted carriers such as DHL or Swiss Post, depending on your region.

International Shipping and Customs
We currently ship to most European countries. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees upon arrival in your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. SUPERSPORT EUROPE has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become available. If you have not received your tracking link after 3 business days, please contact us at info@supersport.ch.

Lost or Damaged Packages
SUPERSPORT EUROPE is not liable for packages lost or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly or notify us immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the damaged packaging or items.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for undeliverable orders due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
