Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your order to notify us if you wish to return it, without giving any reason.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging, seals, and labels intact. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
You have 14 calendar days from the date you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase to send the goods back.
Unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, a damaged product, or an incorrect item, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions and non-returnable items
For health protection and hygiene reasons, food supplements cannot be returned if the sealed packaging has been opened or the protective seal has been broken after delivery.
Returned products must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
We also cannot accept returns for:
- Personalized products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
- Sale items

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different product is to return the original item. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a separate order for the desired product.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we’ll notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed using your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and display the transaction.
