Never guarantee results
Avoid absolute language like "100% results," "guaranteed results." Supplements affect people differently, and no honest brand can promise a guaranteed outcome. Speak from your own experience instead: "this is what's worked for me," not "this will work for you."
Never claim products treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition
Even if you personally feel a product has helped with something like joint pain, sleep, or recovery, avoid medical or disease-related claims ("cures," "treats," "prevents," "fixes"). Frame it as personal experience and general wellness support, not a medical outcome.
Anti-doping / testing certification — specific wording rules
All SUPERSPORT products are certified by a recognized third-party anti-doping testing laboratory, with one exception (Super Oxygenic), which contains synephrine, an ingredient currently on WADA's monitoring list but not a prohibited ingredient. It's allowed in all sports and all levels of competition. If you reference this certification, you can state that:
"Tested for selected banned substances by the Cologne List laboratory"
"Cologne List–certified to reduce the risk of contamination"
Vegan status — be accurate, not general
Not all SUPERSPORT products are vegan. Super Highflex and Super Arthro, specifically, are not vegan. If you're asked about or choose to mention vegan suitability, check the specific product rather than speaking about the brand as a whole.
You can say that 95% of the product range is certified vegan.
Speak from experience, not universal promises
The strongest, most honest thing you can say is what a product has done for you personally. Avoid extending your experience into a universal promise for everyone.
