After their 2–1 victory in Bern, the Garnets left no chance for their rivals, winning the second leg 2–0 and being crowned Swiss Champions for the third time in their history!
Playing at home, the Garnets could count on tremendous support as they set out to claim the third Swiss championship title in the club’s history. Despite already holding an advantage after the first leg of the final, Cristian Toro’s side quickly extinguished any remaining hopes within just two minutes. With their first chance of the match, Asun Martinez broke down the left flank and found Sobal in the penalty area, who made no mistake with the finish.
With the perfect start, the Servette players took control and went on to sink their opponents from Bern. Serrano doubled the lead after a spectacular piece of play from Sobal and a poor clearance by Frey. The outcome was effectively sealed, and Simonsson could have added another goal had Brunholt not cleared her effort off the line.
Lacking inspiration and clear ideas on how to trouble the Geneva side, the Yellow and Blacks tried in vain to mount a comeback in the second half, but without success.
The Servette players therefore complete the League and Cup double for the second time in their history, capping off a 2025–26 season that they dominated from start to finish!
